 Author Deadline Dates
Please adhere to these deadlines, as they are essential to adequately publicize the conference and publish the proceedings. Please note the proceedings will be included on a CD-ROM. Production of a CD-ROM dictates that final manuscripts are returned on time.
Final Abstracts Due: Dec. 3, 2012
Final Maniscript/Paper Due: Jan. 14, 2013

10 pages or about 3,000 words plus figures and tables.

Copyright Assignment Form
Submit online when you upload your manuscript. Each Co-Author must also submit a Copyright Assignment Form for your paper to be published.
Authors will be notified of acceptance by September, 2012. Final manuscripts from accepted authors are due January 14, 2013. Manuscripts are mandatory for inclusion in the program and will be included in the proceedings volume distributed on-site to all full registrants.
